Quality Inn Edison-New Brunswick

Our room was generally clean with a king size bed. A microwave, a coffeemaker, and refrigerators were available. Had great location hard to find because of the traffic flow in the area. Had tea and goodies at The Perfectionists' Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel...

Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet room with an air conditioner, a fridge, as for instance as expected.

In itself, the Quality Inn Edison is certainly a very good hotel, but we had the following problem .. Due to a storm, the power went out during our stay (one night), from about 7pm until we left on next morning. So there was nothing hot for breakfast, it was permanently dark, you couldn't blow-dry your hair and, and, and .. I am aware that this is force majeure, but we were not accommodated in this regard. When we checked out at the reception we said we would not want to pay the full price. We already had, because prepayment by credit card. The employee promised to take care of it and that we would definitely get to know about compensation. Unfortunately, nothing of the sort has come to this day. I think it's pretty wrong to show so little reaction as a hotel chain. We will definitely not be staying at a Quality Inn again.

Everything was fine, decent location near bus stations or train, the staff were genuinely helpful! The room was brand-new and welcoming with a king size bed, and I enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was short walk to stores in the area, the grocery store and good bars and restaurants.

Wow, my recent stay was fantastic! The breakfast was good, especially the waffles, and I loved how clean everything was, from the rooms to the dining area. The amenities were really convenient for a quiet and comfortable visit. I would definitely return!

Best coffee I have ever had. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was a little too firm for me, but that is a personal preference issue. Would go back again if the need occurred.

The gym was fully equipped with new machines, and the room was immaculate. The location near a grocery store was super convenient for snacks!

Free Wi-Fi! The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the water pressure was perfect.

The soap made me break out all over my face. The continental breakfast was weird, one of the staff people was chasing people around to see if they left their voucher in the basket. I'm not sure why it's policed so heavily, it wasn't a massive breakfast display.
